Thanks for that - it's bookmarked! You just put some on, say, salmon or something after it's grilled?

Do you have any other recommendations?

If the fish isn't breaded you can slather it on before baking and if not after baking, I love this butter! It's great with green beans Brussels or any veg.

I`ve tried a few over the years some I also have used with fish, there`s so many kinds to choose from.

Garlic and parsley compound butter is great on grilled steak ;)
