Great chowder. Quick and easy to put together, it served 4 for under $15$. That is CAD, so it's even cheaper for everyone else, lol.

Hi and Happy Friday!

FEM tagging: Lebanese Pita Bread

I no longer like store-bought pita bread. I find it so lacking in flavor and I think they've changed the recipe or maybe I outgrew it. Plus, it is not cheap. I know homemade is so much better and less expensive.

I've completed.....

Online Review: These pitas turned out perfectly. Way, way better than store-bought. I followed all as directed, except for letting the dough rise until doubled (I actually did this via cold rise in the fridge overnight). The recipe indicates to “cover and let rest for 30 minutes”, but not sure if this is intentional? If yes, I’d like to try it to see how it turns out. Regardless, these pitas came out excellent. Thank you, Amira, for sharing!
