Here are two cookbooks I compiled from my recipes posted on Zazz.

What's for Christmas dinner? We are a bit un-traditional. Turkey 2 times so close together doesn't do it for us, and we find ham too salty, so we have a bonelss leg of lamb done on a Farberware rotissiere with Lundbergs Red Christmas rice (with pecans, orange zest and dried cranberries) and fresh asparagus or green beans. For Christmas Eve, we carry on my late mother-in-law's tradition of a seafood feast, with clams, shrimp, crab, cheeses, sausages, etc. done buffet style.

Your meal sounds fabulous!! We usually go to my SIL, but I always have to bring 2 cakes, homemade wheat and white rolls, and a side. But....I can always make a detour with my goods. What time is dinner?

I forgot to mention that for the lamb, I use Linda's Elise's Roast Leg Of Lamb.
I just use the marinade part, since I don't use the oven for the roasting method.
