It's Almost Valentines Day - Any Special Plans?

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

When I was married, we always had a special dinner. My ex, worked odd hours; so, we didn't always get to celebrate on Vday, but always the next day that he had off.

We had pretty much the same thing each year:
antipasto tray and and a good red wine (one year a fondue)
chicken marsala, pasta, roasted green beans (sometimes a salad), white wine
chocolate covered strawberries, whipped cream; cheese tray and a desert wine

What are your plans? Anything special? Any special recipes you make for your sweetie? Do you go out, or stay in?
