So, What Is Everyone Cooking Tonight?
Me, nothing ... A good friend who travels a lot for work is in town; and, wants to go out for dinner - his treat. Fish and chips w/mushy peas. It will be fun to catch up.

I Hope All Those In the Path of the Snow Storms Stay Safe!
Today's Cooking ...
Lady #3: http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/cheesy ... ells-21200 http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/fall-b ... slaw-24919 honey vanilla roasted pears (simply sliced sliced pears tossed with honey and vanilla; and, roasted), topped w/bourbon walnut ice cream
(I make my own ice cream by adding bourbon, brown sugar and walnuts to a good vanilla ice cream)
Me: Another I don't know, which is not like me - I've been eating out so much; I really want to eat in. I really think a baked spud topped w/broccoli, cheese, maybe some ham or bacon, sour cream, chives; and, fruit on the side. I want to keep it easy.

My meal plans got shifted around this weekend quite a bit. We didn't have pizza on our usual pizza night ( I think we had leftovers of the yummy Moroccan stew that night), last night I was going to make the pizza but time got ahead of me and I didn't have time to make the dough, so it was leftovers again instead.
Sundays I usually roast up whatever veggies I have left that need to get cooked - this time it was a butternut squash. So, I have squash soup made and cooling now, egg salad also made and chilling. The soup and egg salad will be my lunch for the next few days.
I finally made the pizza dough and that is rising as I type, and I will make my low carb crust later so we can both have pizza for dinner. I also plan to make an orange vinaigrette in a jam jar to go with my tossed salads this week.
