WHOO HOO, TUESDAY! REALLY ... WHAT HAPPENED TO MONDAY? I MUST OF SLEPT THROUGH IT.
Today is catch up day; worked midnight shift - so, lots to do unfortunately.

Lets see ...
Tomorrow, one of the ladies I cook for is going on a 20 day road trip. They do this every year - she and 2 friends rent an RV.
Anyways, I send enough food for 2 days until they get out of FL. So, cooking tonight, and they will pick up tomorrow am. They travel so much in FL; they don't really like to stop at a restaurant and eat; so, this way, they can just stop at a park to eat. My friend likes to take lots of pictures, avid photographer. Then, once out of state, they are on their own; they enjoy trying new restaurants and eating with family and friends they visit.
Menu ... if interested - posted tomorrow.

Me, I'm easy! Leftover lasagna rollups from Sun; green beans and fruit.

Tonight I made homemade chicken pot pie with a savory top crust with celery seed rolled into the crust. One of my husband's favorites.

I made Funeral Potatoes for tonight's meal and added in some leftover chicken, it's by Ree Drummond, I really love this recipe because it's versatile.
