Me: My friend invited me for pizza with she and her kids. DH is out of town; and, I'm going to help her w/computer stuff, so her treat for dinner. I'm taking beer; and, she is making pizza and salad.

ANY 4TH OF JULY PLANS FOR THIS WEEKEND?

Sorry, KC, but it's only Thursday!
Last night we had cheeseburgers and fresh corn on the cob.
Tonight it's pulled pork sandwiches and fried potatoes, with some homemade 3-bean salad.

OOPS, Well, I did get my Dad's Birthday right. I guess just wishful thinking. I'm heading to a friends tomorrow; and, just was packed a light overnight bag last night ... guess I was just ready for Friday.

Dinner doesn't change however. Usually my ladies have a game/card night on Friday; this week, Thursday ... so I'm just all off, LOL.

Fresh corn is so nice right now! Sounds good. And, I do admit; I LOVE LOVE 3 bean salad. My Mom made it all the time during summer. Still love it.
