Linda~~I am so sorry for not getting this reviewed sooner! I made this for Thanksgiving and it was divine! My 84yr. old Scottish neighbor lady came over to help, as well as share our table. It was so creamy and smooth. My hubby doesn't care for veggies, but that's just fine, my neighbor and I both ate our share as well as his! Thank you so much for this delicious side dish! I did, however have some leftovers, and I took some of the leftover turkey and chopped it up rather finely and mixed it into the corn pudding and enjoyed it again the next day. Many thanks for a keeper!

This is delicious and so easy! I added some grated cheddar/jack blend the last 5 minutes and a dollop of sour cream. This is a really nice looking finished product and is great for a week-night supper as well as for company!
