Yum, these are delicious! My kids asked if they could have one for breakfast. That's a high compliment in this house!

I made some M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies and stuffed them with this delicious and easy to make ice cream. The kids loved it!

This is a lovely salad and it went so good with my ham for Easter dinner. My little one didn't eat the cashews, but you should have seen him dig into the broccoli and raisins! My dd had two helpings and so did I. Another total winner with us!

I halved the recipe and used a small canned ham for just the three of us and had plenty of everything for the ham. It was so delicious and my 2 year old asked for another piece, which is very unusual! We were all totally satisfied with it , so into my keepers it goes!

Oh my, this is some good stuff. My little boy loved every handful of it! It's simple to make and so good. It made for a great Irish dinner!

These are some awesome brownies that we woofed down. I added walnuts because nuts make everything better. The kids told me I can make them anytime so into my Favs this one goes!

This was good, but we think it is better with potatoes. The kids wouldn't eat it. Too many spices I think.
