This was amazing! I never tried asparagus in a stir fry, and it was really incredible. I used purple asparagus and hoisin sauce because unfortunately, there is no black bean sauce without gluten. It was so quick to make and so delicious! Thanks for sharing!

Yum! This was a delicious version of coleslaw, I never tried using horseradish in it! Since I wasn't sure what horseradish sauce meant I just used prepared horseradish, which turned out very well. Also there is no such thing as celery salt in Germany, so I used an herb mixture for salads which contains a bit of dried celery. This is a keeper for next winter when we will have lots of coleslaw! This is a fabulous recipe! I used 1 tablespoon of mild madras curry powder and rice flour, and it worked very well. After making it with potatoes, the next day I made it with cauliflower which also is a huge hit! Thanks for posting this keeper!

This is fabulous! It took me some time to get some pecans, but finally, I got them, and boy was it worth it! There is no such thing as corn syrup here so I used light rice syrup. These were great! Easy to make and so flavourful. I love warm potatoe salad with vinegar and oil, so this was a terrific kind of variation on that with roasted potatoes. Another keeper, thanks for sharing!

These were fantastic! My homemade gluten-free buns weren't flexible, so this was no finger food... I halved the buns and then topped each half with half of the sausage and the toppings. Instead of real Jalapenos, which I could only find pickled, I used grill peppers small green peppers for grilling. I "grilled" everything in a grill pan on the stove, and it tasted marvellous!
