This recipe is FANTASTIC! Easy to make and tasty. I had a couple of extra apples so I made it in a 9" X 9" pan instead of the recommended size. There was still plenty of topping to cover nicely. This is an easy to make, rustic bread. It's hearty and filling with a nice wheat flavor. Due to the absence of fat, Sweetie found it a bit on the dry side. This isn't a bread I would use for toast but rather a wonderful bread to serve with soup or a juicy meal. Thanks, Linda!

An excellent crepe! I used these to make blueberry blintzes. Perfect! The recipe made too many for one meal for the two of us, so I refrigerated the remainder overnight. The crepes today are just as good as the ones with the fresh batter. The batter did separate but a quick shake took care of that. Thanks, T!
