Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, and pepper; add fish to flour mixture, tossing gently to coat evenly.
Step 2
Saute fish in 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove fish from the skillet with a slotted spoon; set aside, and keep warm.
Step 3
Saute green pepper and next 5 ingredients in the remaining 2 tablespoons oil in skillet until crisp-tender. Stir in sherry, brown sugar, vinegar, teriyaki sauce, and allspice.
Step 4
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is slightly thickened. Add the reserved fish and kiwifruit; cook just until thoroughly heated.
Step 5
Serve over rice.
