"A real simple fresh summer salad. And, only five simple ingredients. Now, it may sound like an odd combination; but, it is really really good. I grew up eating this as a kid; and, still love it."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cantaloupe ... Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds. You can dice the cantaloupe; or, use a melon baller which I do. Then, add the melon to a serving bowl.
Step 2
Tomatoes ... Add about 1/2-3/4 of a pint; however, use as many as you want. Simply cut them in half; and, add to the cantaloupe.
Step 3
Finish ... Add the basil and mint, olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper; and, toss to combine. Finish by adding the Feta cheese; and, toss once again.
Step 4
Serve and ENJOY! ... I actually prefer to serve this lightly or even room temperature; rather than ice cold. It is a great salad for a potluck, picnic, BBQ; or, any family dinner. It's just a perfect summer salad.
