I really enjoyed this recipe. I didn't add the cheese at the end just a bit of butter. I love recipes that I can get ready ahead and just pop in the oven before dinner.

A lovely way to do up string beans, nice change! and loads of flavour with the red onion, garlic and oregano. I was doing chicken breasts in foil; the beans were at the same temperature so it made for an easy dinner with both done in the oven at the same time. we loved them and will be doing them again.
