"I had a boneless Pork Loin and some Steak Seasoning, and combined the two to make this. This will EASILY serve 4 with leftovers. And you know,I love my leftovers. ; The type of Steak seasoning I used was McCormick's Steakhouse Seasoning Grinder. It's in a container with its own built-in grinder. If you can't find this particular brand, use whatever you like as long as it has its built in grinder. And to get the crusty texture, you MUST use a cast iron skillet.Bake time is 1 hour and 15 minutes. Posted on 8/11/15 " Keep Smiling : ) ""
