Step by Step Method
Step 1
Whisk together the brown rice flour blend, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, xanthan gum, salt and allspice; set aside.
Step 2
In a large bowl blend together the coconut palm sugar and coconut oil with an electric mixer at medium speed; add the eggs one at a time.
Step 3
Add the flour mixture and applesauce alternatively until well blended.
Step 4
Pour into 18 greased muffin tin holes;
Step 5
Place in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or a toothpick inserted in the middle of muffin comes out clean.
Step 6
Allow to cool and enjoy!
