"I have only used this on chicken. But you might want to try it on other meats. It is delicious with a squeeze of fresh lime."
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
If using on chicken, rub chicken pieces all over with rub, and coat with cooking spray.
Bake or grill (using direct and indirect heat) until chicken chicken is no longer pink near bone.
Serve with fresh lime wedges.
