WhatamIgonnaeatnext?

I just ate this a few minutes ago. My husband won't touch this stuff with a ten foot pole. Fine with me. That means I get it all. I cooked it a lot longer than the recipe stated because of the simple fact that I like my brussels sprouts much softer than most. I figure that's the whole reason for cooking it. So that's why mine is burnt looking.( I tried to pick out the least burnt pieces for the pic.) I liked it and will do this again. Thanks! And thanks Suzanne Summers!
