"I have been making this tasty vinaigrette regularly for ages now; it is one of my favorites. It has fresh bold flavors we really love and it is really healthy. The raw cider vinegar helps you to lose weight, lowers blood sugar levels, it kills many types of bacteria, lowers your cholesterol and it is believed to help to prevent cancer. The raw honey is a good source of antioxidant, it is an effective germ killer, it has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and anti-fungal properties and helps digestive issues. The avocado oil also has many health benefits, too many to list, so I will stop with the health benefits here; this is a recipe not a health manual, lol. Please make sure you use raw cider vinegar and raw honey or the flavor will NOT be the same."
