I can't believe after we were in 110° weather that today we were in the low 60's...so...I've been wanting to make this for the longest time...and the weather was cooperating...the flavors were spot on...no additional seasoning needed...I had all the ingredients handy...all I had to do was (read up again on my pressure cooker quick release)... I love my cooker and should use it more often...anyway the only thing I plan to do next time....is either decrease the amount of water by a cup...or use my emulsifier to thicken the soup...we like our split pea soup on the thicker side...btw...it took my pressure cooker 7 minutes to come up to high heat...made for "Only The Lonely" tag game...
