Love stir frys and this stir fry is to love! It's a wonderful combination making for a dish that looks as good as it tastes.I wasn't able to get Swiss Chard but the Chinese cabbage I subbed with worked really well with the pork loin and that awesome tasting sauce. Already have pork loin on my shopping list - your Stir Fry is so on for this curling fan's Scotties weekend.

I doubled the recipe and used frozen spinach as I had already used up the chard in the freezer. DH said that he loved the flavours and that all he needed was a wee bit of heat. So next time will add hot chili flakes for a zing. We both thoroughly enjoyed this dish!! Thanks Derf for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
