"Barbecue is an American sauce with a pleasant smoked taste, which is served to meat roasted on the grill. Today we will prepare pork ribs with barbecue sauce in rotisserie oven according to Martha Stewart's recipe. There are three basic types of barbecue sauces - tomato, acetic and mustard. And, depending on the cook, the cooking technique or the terrain, the consistency of the sauces and the additional ingredients vary. Sauce is the component of the barbecue that determines the individuality of the dish, as you can create your own recipe by manipulating the ingredients.  Aromatic sweet and sour sauce is perfect for dishes cooked on the grill."
