"This is a great way to enjoy a pork roast, it is pure comfort food. I serve this up with mashed potatoes to drizzle the juices over. You can thicken up the juices into a gravy by stirring in a mixture of 1 tablespoon corn starch and 1 tablespoon water just before serving if you like but this is not necessary."
