"This marinade yields some exceptionally delicious steaks right off the grill. These are mouth watering, tender, scrumptious steaks for you and your family to enjoy as much as mine does! Try using this at your next barbecue and you will be hooked! You can cook these on the grill inside during the cold weather, but they won't have that great smokey flavor that they get from the grill. Preparation time doesn't include the marinating time. The cooking time depends on how you like your steaks so I didn't put any time there."

This made juicy and delicious flavored steaks. We couldn't get over how tender they were. I marinated sirloin steaks for about 16 hours, and used Burman's Memphis barbecue sauce that I picked up at Aldi's. Super good!

Yum!! Had steaks in the freezer that were bound to be tasteless and tough. Your marinade resulted in tasty and tender steaks! And best of all my pickiest eater approved and asked that I make this marinade again. Used KC Masterpiece and homemade Montreal Seasoning for a great marinade. Thanks MelMel!

My son and I both agree this steak marinade is excellent! I cooked our steaks, then thickened the marinade by adding a little cornstarch and water mixed together, then let it boil while stirring until the sauce thickened a little. It was delicious over our steak, and as kind of a dipping sauce for our fried potato wedges. I hope to get this in a few more times while grilling season is still in full swing. Yummy steak!

Delightful marinade that not only adds flavor but tenderness to your steak. I used a New York sirloin and it came out fab! Hubby said that it was a definite keeper. I used approximately 1 T. garlic powder instead of garlic cloves because I felt lazy and didn’t feel like chopping. I also had to marinade longer than the 24 hours because plans changed for dinner and I had to let it sit for another day. Used up the marinade as a side sauce, therefore I boiled it to remove any possible bacteria. End result – well, it was a great tasting steak that will sure be added to my files. Thank you MelMel for sharing!
