Linda's Snickerdoodle Brownies
"These are so good, and a nice change from chocolate brownies. If you love Snickerdoodle Cookies, then you will love these! Sometimes I finely chop 1 cup of walnuts or pecans, and add them in with the batter. Yumm-O!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
Step 3
In a medium mixing bowl beat butter and brown sugar together, adding in the eggs, one at a time, then add in the vanilla.
Step 4
Once everything is added, beat 3-5 minutes, until well mixed.
Step 5
Add the wet ingredients into the flour mixture, and stir until well blended.
Step 6
Spread evenly into the pan. It is a thicker batter so use a large spoon, spatula, or your hands (sprayed with oil) to spread it into the pan.
Step 7
Topping: Mix the sugar and cinnamon together, and sprinkle over the top of the batter.
Step 8
Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 9
Cool, then cut into squares.
