"I clipped this recipe from a magazine years ago (probably Cooking Light). I've a fan of roasted vegetables, asparagus and anything with balsamic vinegar, but somehow have not tried this as the recipe got lost in my recipe box. Now that it is hear, it will be on the menu the next time asparagus is in season."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Place on a jelly roll pan.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt, garlic and pepper. Toss to coat.
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes, turning once.

- Jelly roll pan (or cookie sheet)
