"These cookies are dangerous to have around because you will eat them all, no kidding these are the best cookies, You can use whatever nuts you have around I like to use mixed nuts I think they are the best for flavor, the nuts must be ground up in a food processor, I usually use a heaping 1/2 cup ground but you could use 1 cup or even more, the more you use the more nut flavor. You can also add in raisins or chocolate chips"

We love these! Now a new favorite for us. My grandchildren love them too, so I made some today and dropped them off on their doorstep. They called me shortly afterwards to thank me for these yummy cookies!

I made these ahead to freeze for my cookie trays. Taste tested and approved! I added 1 cup of nuts as we love them and used my mini chopper to chop them up. These will be a great addition to my cookie trays this year!

LOVE them! What a good cookie this is! They were gone quickly, so of course I had to make more. The cookie jar is now where my husband's hand hangs out most of the time!
