Made this yesterday as directed with one exception, instead of candied pineapple used candied mango as that's all I had. Love the ease of using the ABM, it's why I picked it. I was so surprised, I LOVE this bread and didn't think I would as I do not like candied or dried fruit of any kind. This proved me wrong. It's lightly sweet, the chewy coconut and nuts and fruit compliment each other - I'm so impressed will be using this to try and make french toast today
