CITRUS DRESSING: Made as written. We loved this dressing, so easy to make just whisk all together and done! Made for a tangy dressing for our salad, and loved the tang of the lemon with the mustard, they complimented each other so well.

I made he apple-mustard version. It came out great and I made up a bunch of small portions in little plastic containers to take to work everyday. It is a recipe that lasts quite a few days. I will be making the other versions as well.

I made the creamy dressing version and loved it! I love creamy dressings, but they are often filled with lots of fat, sugar, etc... This was a much healthier version and so easy to make. I really loved the chives. Thank you! Update 10/12/20 - I made the citrus version this time. Great, fresh, vibrant, and so flavorful. We all loved the bright citrus notes in this dressing. It's nice and healthy, too! Thank you again!

Made the apple mustard vinaigrette, only added oil. Served over a green salad with apples and walnuts - it was delicious. This is like salad from France!
