We have been under severe red alerts for days, severe storms causing flooding and hail damage in some areas, tornado touch downs one of which was too close for comfort. Thankful we missed the brunt of these storms While major thunder and lightening we were lucky to have the much needed soaking rains.

Been up since dawn to a beautiful June morning but with red alerts for severe storms as well as a heat and humidex warning, has us looking for much the same well into Wednesday night. One can always hope for gentle rain without the ice cubes or wind.

With the El-Nino this year we are all in for major heat, drought, and storms
My grass , the lawn kind, is crispy when walked on, not a good start.

Today is nice, Low to mid 80's and sunny. We could still use some more rain but we have been getting showers every night for last 3 days.

We have popup thunderstorms today but at least the smoke from Ontario has moved on.
Grilled some corn and polish sausage for lunch.
Having ramen for dinner.
Enjoy your day! :)

Today's the day my luck ran out.

Declining phone battery, was hoping to drag it to the release date of the new iphone on 9.30

No such luck.
Will have to buy a battery just to get to September. But overall, I did well as a holdout since this isa 6S. Bad batteries to begin with (there was a class action suit) but 8 years is a good haul.
They really don't make these things to last, do they? LOL

I did get sticker shock at the new phone prices. $1700USD ermagerd!

Thinking of our Florida friends today as it comes ashore. Stay dry!
