Moroccan Christmas Feast

Post by Engrossed » Sun Nov 20, 2011 8:32 pm

Every year for Christmas we have an ethnic feast. This year we chose Moroccan.

I ordered a newly published Moroccan cookbook but am still waiting for it to come. I know I can also find tons of recipes online but wondered if anyone has any favorites or suggestions? I need to build a menu of types of dishes to serve.

I'm thinking so far of one or two tagine dishes, couscous, kefta or spiced meatballs, marinated meat to barbecue, bread, fruit salad, vegetable dish, dessert and mint tea.

Are you looking for a dessert, since you just said dessert?

Are you planning some type of kebab?

Yes, I'm looking for dessert and kabob recipes or any Moroccan recipes that people have tried and liked or suggestions of additional dishes to serve with a Moroccan feast.
