I used baby Yukon Golds and they were so good! I love the crispiness that you get with the recipe that you can't get with a "regular" baked potato. Couldn't resist adding sour cream as suggested, and I also sprinkled with a little of the hot chili flavored seasoning pack that came with the ramen noodles I toasted for my salad at lunch.

Dissie, make them when you're kind of frustrated about something. It's sort of fun squashing them.

Well these photos did it to me - I want squashed potatoes! Lovely photos
