Olive Tapanade

Post by Bergy » Sun Jan 08, 2012 4:00 pm

I got this jar of Olive Tapanade in my Christmas parcel from a dear friend It is Venitian Brand and has Black and green olives, Sundried tomatoes, Tomatoes, red peppers, capers, lemon juice & sunflower seed oil all in it. I was going to serve it on cucumber slices but the cucumbers taste was too sharp with it . I still had some special pepper crackers from Christmas and they go really well with it. I think they'll hit the spot with our Sunday Martini.

I want some, and I don't even like olives. :)
