Seriously, it is just a dough recipe I have that has no sugar in it...if you would like me to post thatBeatrice wrote:Recipe please and thankyou, that looks amazing, I so want that right now!!
the hint and tips are not to work the dough too much,
oil spray the bottom, add ingredients...this one was ham, boccochini slices, tomato, finely diced lettuce, mushrooms topp with parm cheese
Was VERY yummy!

Re: Homemade lunch pizzas!
300g bakers flour
200 ml Spring or filtered water
2 instant dried yeast (1 level teaspoon)
6 grams Salt (1 level tsp)
20 ml olive oil (1 tbsp)
In mixing bowl, mox flour , salt and yeast
dont need to mix the yeast with the water to activate it like many recipes suggest
Add water, mix until all dry ingredients are moistened; mixture should look like a shaggy mess
Pour over olive oil, cover bowl leave for 10 minutes
Scrape out onto floured board
breifly knead it by stretching it out about 5 or 6 times; goal is no lumps
can separate the dough into 2 equal parts, dusting with flour
Put dough on a tray, loosely covering with plastic wrap...on a tray in fridge overnight
Now is ready to use
take one ball at a time...stretch it into pizza shape, add toppings, and cook in a very hot preheated stove
good Luck
there are many recipes like this online
Hope this helps
