Very nice Sue!! I have made it a couple times already, lol.
Every time I would walk by the refrigerator I would “sample” it.

I think the olives in it set it apart.
I am glad I cut the recipe back. I also made chicken salad today. I love cold prepared salads.

WOW! That really looks good. I'd have to make it with macaroni instead, though, due to high potassium in the potatoes. Wouldn't be as good, but good enough.

Looks like one awesome salad! I have this one printed and added to my Summer Weekend Cookbook alongside our favourite salads.
