I grew both green and yellow this year Gerry, and also a new one I found that was flat.
I am searching out recipes everywhere to use them up...lol

Been years since I grew them Tisme, had no idea they came in green as well as flat! My garden catalogues are at the ready and will be checking out the available varieties. So cold here and so long til garden time but the catalogues and garden videos see to the planing.

They come in many colors Gerry, I have grown white, yellow light and dark green and a varigated light and dark green. This year I only grew the light green, yellow and patty Summer Squash (patty pan)- Gelber Englischer which change from dark yellow to Orange color.
Funny to think you are buying summer seeds, and I am buying winter here...
Either way ...hold on to this recipe, its a winner!
