A very late cold spring here in Saskatchewan, temps did soar to the high 80’s for a few days but now back to cold, windy and frost in some areas. I suspect most of us are hoping for warm and sunny for the long weekend to enjoy backyard barbecues. While undecided plan is to choose from our family favorites for our first spring weekend barbecue.
