Today is my son's birthday so we are going out for dinner! His choice so it will probably be Red Robin.

Our son and daughter-in-law bought us a $100 gift card for a fancy steak house for our anniversary. So we're going up to Cleveland today to enjoy!

We are trying a new recipe this evening, with chorizo sausage and rice. If it turns out tasty I will post a recipe.

I don't know exactly what it will be,
but I do know that I'm using leftover chicken. :D
When I find a recipe I'll come back and post it.

How about chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/chick ... auce-26607. It's really good and a good way to use up leftover chicken.

Our dinner out last night at the fancy, schmancy steak house in Cleveland was fabulous! But WOW was it ever expensive!!! My hubby's 6 ounce fillet mignon was $51 and my rack of lamb was $54!!! And everything is ala carte. Even though the side dishes were very generous, enough that we could share one, it was $13, and that was just a baked potato. So even with our son's $100 gift card, and with tax and a generous tip, we had to shell out $50!
So tonight we're just having a big salad with chicken chunks.
